Heat bath

Get warmed upThe best place to acclimatise to the warmth is on our heated bench of polished granite where the body can slowly adapt to the warmer temperatures. Here the pleasant and consistent warmth (39 °C) penetrates slowly into the deeper layers of the skin and gradually helps you to get going.

Saltwater bath

Like in rainforestSweating is a much more pleasant experience in the tropical maritime climate of our saltwater bath. The grotto with its salty air and rose quartz has 100% air humidity, neutralises the pH value of the skin, has a detoxifying effect and helps create inner peace.

Aroma steam bath

Getting under the skinTwo steam dispersal devices and the addition of natural aromas ensure that our aromatherapy bath also reaches the deeper layers of the skin and leaves the skin feeling silky smooth. It has a particularly soothing effect in cases of respiratory tract disorders and rheumatism. And the icing on the cake: free ‘peels’ are offered several times a day in each of the steam baths.

Heat cabins

The world is infra-redOr at least our heat cabins are which stimulate the metabolism, relax the muscles, boost blood flow and stimulate the vegetative nervous system with their even heat distribution. And afterwards, everything looks much rosier – or rather redder!

Relaxation room

Stay chilled for longerOur relaxation room with dimmed lighting, water beds and meditational music or our light and friendly recliner and reading room are the perfect place to unwind (and sit down). And the deck is also home to sun recliners with magnificent panoramic views.

Massage

Automatic relaxation?Yes it can be done! With our two massage recliners which ‘knead’ your body as you sit: individually adjustable and with a fully automated programme, you can experience relaxation in an instant (and hands-free – simply at the touch of a button). Fantastic!

Solarium

Pack the sunshine!Whatever time of year you visit us, it’s summer all year round in our high-performance X-Press solariums! Simply close your eyes and enjoy!

Café

CAFE!? - ¡OLÉ!… or perhaps ‘au lait’! Whatever the case, you can make yourself ‘express-o’ comfortable in our café bar on the 1st floor and drink a cup (or two!) and of course chat a bit or read a book.
